We Innovate - 450 Year Celebration

Harrovians, let’s creatively solve
real-world problems

The “Sustainability 450” creative event, The Harrow Family of Schools, join hands with 8billionideas and 5 renowned universities to “steer global sustainable development” by focusing on the top 5 real-world challenges we desperately need to tackle. International Harrovians are invited to stretch their creative muscles to propose a creative answer to building a better future. Nurturing creativity and innovation, using art, design, technology, coding, programming or scientific principles, students from all schools, across all age groups, will be encouraged to come up with 450 solutions addressing sustainability in our world, presenting them through drawings, experiments, designs, programming, robotics or any other media and platform. From theoretical research to product design, from models to real accessories, we change the world with creativity.

Harrow students observe the world around them, and never stop innovating. We break through conventional thinking in the WE INNOVATE creative campaign, consolidating and cooperating among students, brainstorming and actively implementing and winning recognition, embracing the Harrow’s four core values : Courage, Honour, Humility and Fellowship. These whimsical ideas are generated by global Harrow Schools, 641 teams and more than 2,500 students. The best in each school will then be put in competition against each other, highlighting the value of courage to take risks and inspire change for the better.

On 10 March 2022, the Opening Ceremony of We Innovate Final has been launched in Harrow Bangkok ,and the International Ceremony of the Final in Harrow School in the UK, with UK schools joining on site and the AISL Harrow Schools attending virtually.
