Speech Day is the most highly anticipated event at AISL Harrow Schools, marking the triumphant conclusion to the academic year. This special occasion provided an opportunity for students and teachers to come together and celebrate their accomplishments, reflect on the knowledge they have acquired, and express gratitude towards one another.
We are pleased to present this video capturing some highlights of the 2023 speech days at our family of schools.
Across our schools, many time-honoured traditions of Harrow are diligently upheld. Capping, as depicted in the video, is one such tradition where students respectfully touch the brim of their hats and greet their School Heads during these events. Students also got to demonstrate their talents through various performances, receive well-deserved awards, and be inspired by speeches delivered by School Heads and their peers.
Speech days this year were also of special significance as they marked the momentous occasions when our first cohort of AISL Harrow scholars successfully completed their studies and graduated. It is the mission of the AISL Harrow Scholarships Foundation to attract academically gifted students from around the world to study at the AISL family of schools and expand the Harrow community. With our inaugural scholars graduating this year and receiving offers from top universities worldwide, such as the University of Cambridge and Harvard University, the Group remains steadfast in nurturing elites for tomorrow.
