We are thrilled to announce the remarkable achievements of our AISL Harrow Schools in this year’s IGCSE and A-Level examinations, as well as the impressive university offers our graduates have received.
Whilst it was believed that students undertaking the 2023 IGCSE and A-Level examinations would experience the impact of grade deflation, with grades adjusted to align with pre-pandemic levels, we are immensely proud to see our students continue to excel in the A-Level Exams. Our students in Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai attained a commendable 60% of all grades at A*-A, which is 33 percentile points higher than the average in the UK.
With these highly impressive results, our 2023 graduates have received offers to prestigious institutions worldwide, including 23 offers from Oxford and Cambridge and 17 offers from Ivy League universities.
Our students’ performance in IGCSE examinations has been equally outstanding, with 67% of all grades at A*-A, which is 45 percentile points higher than the average in the UK. Of particular significance is the fact that Harrow Hong Kong International School ranked number one in GCSE results outside of the UK and secured the eighth position among all co-educational schools worldwide.
